Opening day was a huge success as our Red Raiders Youth Football and Cheer program hosted the Ellenville Blue Devils
this past Sunday. The weather was a perfect mid 70’s with beautiful blue skies. There was a huge crowd filing into the stands and fence line for both sides. As the players ran in wearing their black with red uniforms the cheerleaders were loud and proud while getting the crowd pumped up. You could feel it in the air.

The whole day, the Red Raiders Cheerleaders were very loud. The Junior Cheer team even did an awesome halftime routine. We had our Early Bird raffle ticket drawing (tickets still available!). Concessions were rocking! It really was a perfect day. When it was all said and done, both of our Red Raider teams came out victorious! The Juniors started out the season 1-0 with a resounding 26-6 win while the Seniors beat the Blue Devils 14-6 in a tightly contested game.
We continue our regular season this Saturday at the Fallsburg Comets. Juniors play at 5:00pm , while the Seniors will go at 7:00pm.

Congratulations to everyone!
